Become a Camp Blue Sky Volunteer

Camp Blue Sky relies heavily on our crew of awesome youth volunteers. Youth Counselors are not paid but they play a very important role. Each counselor works with a specific group of children helping them throughout the day. They serve as a leader to their group and are admired by all of the younger children.

The prospective counselor needs to be entering tenth grade or higher. Their attendance is required at the counselor meeting one week prior to camp. Volunteer hours count toward most programs but the counselor will need to check with the program’s advisor. No art skills are necessary – just a love for children and esire to help. Daily lunches will be provided and there is no fee to participate.
